The Public Services Quality Group (PSQG) of the National Council on Archives' (NCA) Survey of Visitors to UK Archives is now an established part of the evidence gathering landscape and provides invaluable support for work at the local, regional and national level. Both public and non-public repositories have benefited from taking part in past surveys.  The Working Group that guides the development of each survey extensively reviews questions deciding between the benefits of trend analysis or re-examining or introducing old / new themes.  Further information about the Working Group can be found on the PSQG pages of the NCA website www.ncaonline.org.uk

Any organisation that takes part in the survey can access the National Report by visiting the Subscriber's Area on this site.  From there you can also download the survey documentation pack and associated materials.
