CIPFA - Performance in Public Services: Social Research
The Social Research Team has undertaken surveys for clients in the following sectors:
- Central Government;
- One Stop Shops / Customer Contact Centres;
- Third Sector / Not for Profit;
- Police, and
These surveys have been conducted either:
- by Phone (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing - CATI), or
- by Post
Where required, as part of a larger project, we can provide resources to undertake in depth interviews and / or focus groups.
